Centreing Moments
Join us for a morning of self-care, meditation and reflective practices.
Tend to your heart, mind and body in a relaxed and supportive morning of meditation practices. No experience required, we will lead a variety of exercises and guided meditations that include people at all levels of practice. The morning is designed to provide time to be present, release expectations and nurture our capacity to respond in all areas of our lives. Join us, as a gift to yourself.

Time: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
You’ll be invited to continue into the afternoon with a silent meditation. Details will be provided the day of.
Location: St. Boniface Hospital, Parlour Room, Nursing Building
Registration deadline: Wednesday, May 3, 2023
There is no cost for participation.
We are committed to public health care guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for participants. As the event approaches, participants will be kept up to date on current public health guidelines and expectations for our in person gathering.
- Self screen the morning of the gathering
- Participants will need to be screened to enter the building and wear masks/socially distance during the day.
What to expect and bring for the day:
- Dress in comfortable clothing.
- Meditation cushions will be available, in addition to chairs.
- Please bring a water bottle/thermal cup, if available.
- There will be an optional opportunity to walk outside.

About the instructors:
Jennifer Kilimnik is the Director of Culture & Compassion for the Réseau Compassion Network. She believes connecting to our values and purpose brings meaning to each day. Though yoga, meditation, and contemplation, Jennifer continues to learn on this journey and invites you to join her in discovering compassion in your life, work, community and heart.
Andrew Terhoch is part of the Réseau Compassion Network as the Spiritual Health Practitioner for the St.Amant community. In his daily work, he supports people of all cultures and backgrounds to nurture the values and practices that are meaningful for them. He began learning about meditation 30 years ago, as a daily practice and a support for anxiety. He continues to explore and practice presence and connection each day through new and traditional teachings.
