
Navigating these Times Together
This session aims to begin conversations within our community about the experience of living and leading through a global pandemic. Through our interactions we want to:
- Provide a place for reflection related to the changes in our lives and workplaces
- Normalize reactions and experiences that you may have experience
- Introduce tools and resources for meeting difficult moments
- Begin the process of integration and reconnection to our ‘new normal’
We are inviting those who work within Health and Social Services in Manitoba and all organizations in the Réseau Compassion Network. Sessions will be dedicated to different experiences people may have had working in Direct Service, Leadership and Senior Leadership.
Session #1 will focus on Senior Leadership (Primarily Chief and Director roles)
- Wednesday, March 2, from 3:00 – 4:30 (Register HERE)
Session #2 will focus on Middle Management (Managers, Supervisors)
- Wednesday, March 9, from 3:00 – 4:30 (Register HERE)
Session #3 will focus on Direct Service Providers
- Wednesday, March 16, from 3:00 – 4:30 (Register HERE)
Each session will have a maximum of 20 participants and additional sessions will be offered if there is sufficient interest. Jennifer Kilimnik, Director of Culture & Compassion with the Réseau Compassion Network will facilitate these sessions in English. There is no cost to participate and sessions will be virtual on the zoom platform.
