About this Event
Regardless of your role, your presence is felt by the people and families we support. Directly or indirectly, each interaction we have lands in the life of someone who accesses our programs and services.
In this Mindful Practice for Direct Support Professionals session, participants will learn about the unique needs, sensitivities, and vulnerabilities that can impact people as they engage with Réseau Compassion Network’s organizations. We’ll explore the short-term and long-term impacts of stress for people who access health and human service and how mindfulness and mindful practices can help us all nurture people’s confidence and comfort in the experiences they have with us.
Andrew Terhoch will be leading us in a 2 hour online class that will be held on the Zoom Platform. Details are as follows:
- Thursday, February 25th, 2021
