Finding the Space to Lead

This full day workshop and the book’s mindful leadership program offer the participant simple instruction on the training of the mind inherent in mindful leadership, and on its practical application in our lives. Each participant will experience meditation practices and reflections and explore the many ways to bring mindful leadership into their lives-at work and at home. Participants learn through a variety of formats including small group work, dyads and meditation/reflection practices.

Janice Marturano will be leading us in a full day course that will be held on the Zoom Platform.

Participants will learn to:

  • Engage innate capacities of the mind to strengthen and enhance traditional business and leadership expertise including focus, clarity, and compassion.
  • Recognize unproductive patterns, both within themselves and in workplace interactions, and learn how to respond more effectively.
  • Practice daily applications of mindful leadership training to cultivate mental and physical resilience.
  • Meet and/or initiate change skillfully by gaining access to intuition and connecting more fully with others.
