Spending time with our Compassion Project Facilitator, Andrew Terhoch, is guaranteed to bring you some inner peace, even if it’s just by proxy. A conversation with him is full of mindful pauses, quiet reflections and shared humanity. His observations and stories connect the Compassion Network staff deeply to our mission and the emotional needs in our community that guide what we do.
Andrew is with us one day a week, when he teaches classes on mindfulness and self-compassion, and supports all aspects of the Compassion Project mission. He spends the rest of his working days as a Spiritual Health Practitioner for St.Amant.
If you need a little pick me up today, here’s a verified Andrew Terhoch quote: “The best thing we can do for ourselves and for others each day is to touch into something that reminds us that we’re part of a common humanity. In joy and difficult moments the same. We each have a light in us. We must see it each day and tend to it. We all have the responsibility and the privilege to bring that light out in others.”
We’re lucky to have his light shining among us at the Compassion Network.
