Finding the Space to Lead

This full day workshop and the book’s mindful leadership program offer the participant simple instruction on the training of the mind inherent in mindful leadership, and on its practical application in our lives. Each participant will experience meditation practices and reflections and explore the many ways to bring mindful leadership into their lives-at work and at home. Participants learn through a variety of formats including small group work, dyads and meditation/reflection practices.

Short Course – Mindful Self-Compassion

Short-Course Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) is an evidence-based program designed to cultivate self-compassion based on the work of psychologists Kristen Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD. A growing body of research indicates that self-compassion has many benefits, including happiness, resilience, creativity, and satisfying relationships, while experiencing less anxiety and depression.

Centreing Moments

Tend to your heart, mind and body in a relaxed and supportive morning of meditation practices. No experience required, we will lead a variety of exercises and guided meditations that include people at all levels of practice. The morning is designed to provide time to be present, release expectations and nurture our capacity to respond in all areas of our lives. Join us, as a gift to yourself.
