Short Course – Mindful Self-Compassion
The Short Course – Mindful Self-Compassion combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. In this six-week class, you will learn some principles and practices of mindful self-compassion, so you can better relate to and care for yourself, both physically and emotionally. Registration is available on a sliding scale.
