Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
It teaches mindfulness practice as a way of reducing stress and developing greater balance, control, and fuller participation in your life. It is suitable for participants at all levels of the organization.

Thursdays, January 11 to February 29, 2024 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Please note there full-day retreat included in this course: February 18 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
All sessions are offered in person at our Gathering Space at 101-156 Marion Street.
Registration is available on a sliding scale.
