Heart of Leadership Retreat • Spring 2026

Together, leaders will gather on Treaty 2 land at Hecla Island from Sunday, March 22, to Wednesday, March 25, 2025. We will withdraw from regular day-to-day routines, care for ourselves and connect into the love, meaning and purpose in our work. This precious gift of time offers us space to breathe, to move slowly and nurture one’s own ways of being their self as a leader. The retreat includes daily group practices in presence cultivation, meditation and creative contemplation. We’ll share meals together, be inspired by discussion and take time each day to connect with and care for the natural world around us. Alongside supportive and caring colleagues from across the Réseau Compassion Network, we invite leaders to join us as we strengthen the gifts of our human service and leadership, together.

Details:

• This is a retreat created specifically for Réseau Compassion Network leaders. Each network organization has up to three spots for leaders to attend.
• Please register to attend before Friday, February 6.
• This retreat begins on Sunday, March 22, at 11:00am and finishes on Wednesday, March 25, at 2:30pm.
• Meals, accommodation, programming and mileage are included for leaders. There is no cost to attend.
